Returns & aftercare.

Because every product in the collection is curated individually, returns are handled personally rather than through a generic portal. If something isn't right, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange the right outcome with care.

Eligibility

You may return most products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging where possible.

A small number of products are sold as final sale, including custom-commissioned and bespoke finishes. This is clearly noted at the time of inquiry.

How to initiate a return

Write to us at sanshomedecor@gmail.com with your order reference and a sentence on the reason. We reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a collection address.

Once the product reaches us in original condition, we issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.

Exchanges

Happy to exchange for another product in the collection of equal or greater value. Just let us know in your note. Any difference is invoiced or refunded on confirmation.

Damage or defects

If a product arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the item, then write to us within 48 hours of delivery. We cover return shipping on all damage claims and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on your preference.
