Shipping from our studio to your door.

Every order is hand-packed in the studio and tracked door-to-door. Because each product is curated individually, shipping cost and timing are confirmed personally after you submit an inquiry, not estimated automatically.

How shipping is quoted

When you submit an order inquiry, a curator confirms stock, assesses the handling the product requires, and prepares a shipping estimate based on your exact address. You receive the quote in our reply, typically within 24 hours.

Domestic shipments generally arrive within 3 to 10 business days after confirmation. International shipments are quoted individually and range from 7 to 21 business days, subject to customs.

Packing, tracking, and handover

Every product is wrapped and boxed in our studio. We do not outsource packing. Fragile items are cushioned on multiple sides and shipped with “handle with care” notices.

You receive the tracking reference as soon as the package leaves the studio, along with a direct contact for your curator during transit.

Delays and lost shipments

In the rare event of a delay, we escalate with the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed at every step.

If a product arrives damaged or is lost in transit, write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will either repair, replace, or refund depending on your preference.

A note on customs duties

For international orders, local duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare accurate values and provide all supporting documentation.
