No payment is taken on the website. Payment is arranged privately when the order is confirmed. This lets us serve each order with attention rather than automation.
Yes. We quote international shipping per-address on inquiry to keep the cost accurate. Typical timing is 7 – 21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs in your country.

By hand, in the studio. Fragile pieces receive extra cushioning and handling notices. We treat the unboxing as part of the experience.
